Project Location: 18725 State Route 49, Plymouth.
The Applicant’s have submitted applications for a gas station with a convenience store and car wash located on a vacant portion of the existing property.
In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) a Mitigated Negative Declaration will be prepared to study impacts related to the construction of this project. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was previously distributed for public review and comment from May 5, 2025 through June 5, 2025. The City’s consultant will be addressing comments received during the comment period.
