Options to report a concern:
View GoGov/GoPlymouth online reporting system, or call City Hall at 209-245-6941, visit City Hall to fill out a form, or write a letter and mail to PO Box 429 Plymouth, CA 95669 or drop off at City Hall – 9426 Main Street with the following information:
Date, what the concern is regarding, location of concern with the street address (must have or we can not process the complaint), your phone number, & email address. Please include pictures if possible.
