BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS JULY 4TH EVENT ORGANIZED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (CITY), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE CITY, ITS OFFICERS, STAFF, AGENTS, AND VOLUNTEERS DO NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, DAMAGES, ACCIDENTS, ILLNESS, OR OTHER HARM THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT. BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THIS NOTICE AND ASSUME ALL LIABILITIES FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS, INCLUDING CHILDREN AND PETS.
For this event, participants are allowed to use, per their instructions, California approved Safe and Sane Fireworks, as approved by the state fire marshal and the Amador Fire Protection District, between 7 PM and 10 PM. Any unauthorized fireworks are subject to seizure.
Additionally, the City Council has approved the consumption of alcoholic beverages for this event, July 4, 2025, from 5 PM to 10 PM within the event area. After 10 PM, City Municipal Code 9.04.010 and 9.06.020 will be enforced, and violators will be subject to the penalties outlined in Municipal Code 9.04.020 and 9.06.050.
