Liability Claims
If you feel that you have a liability claim for damages to person and/or property, you are required in most instances to file your claim with the City within six months of the date of the incident.
Submitting Claims
Either download the Claim Form or obtain a Claim Form at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall:
